Sometimes I wish that I had not moved into this town, however don’t get myself and others wrong, I care about my lake house and the property that it sits on.

However, the surrounding environment is not so nice. I think that there are some rough citizens on this block who give the entire area a bad name. However, I haven’t personally had any concerns dealing with these supposedly shady folks. That being said, I am still suffering from the widespread opinion of my local town. I found out recently that several of our mom and pop maintenance shops will not even perform lake house calls to my residence because of past concerns! For instance, when my heating, cooling, and air quality control idea failed on myself and others Last weekI found out the nearest Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance shop would not help me. When I called the local heating and cooling dealership they were happy to talk about my recent air quality control idea failure. They began complicationshooting the a/c idea over the phone and recommending potential fixes to try between the temperature control and the cooling system. However, when none of those simple fixes worked for my indoor air handling machine the Heating and Air Conditioning shop didn’t want to help anymore. They refused to come out to my property to actually inspect the heating and cooling equipment. I couldn’t understand why they would pass up on the opportunity to make currency on my a/c breakdown.., until they told myself and others that the last time a heating and cooling contractor came out to my venue, the Heating and Air Conditioning truck was stolen from my driveway.
