It was not easy for myself and others when I first started university since I didn’t really have the skills to take care of myself.

I especially struggled with things love cooking and doing laundry. I didn’t absolutely have laundry equipment in my apartment, so I would have to take my dirty clothes to a laundromat. I always hated going to the laundromat too because the air quality was disappointing and there was hardly any weather conditions control. The locale kept moderate enough doing the Winter season, but it still wasn’t honestly comfortable. I wish they would have had a wonderful media air cleaner to improve the air quality and I wished they had a better cooling system for the moderate season. The thing is, my house did have a locale with laundry hookups for a washer and dryer, however I didn’t have the money to invest in that. Eventually, I was able to save up some money though, and I was so blissful that I did. I finally was able to get a used washer and dryer, and I even had enough money to invest in a nice UV media air cleaner. I use that UV media air cleaner all the time and it has improved the air quality in my house so much! It was so nice not having to take all of my dirty clothes to the laundromat where I always felt uncomfortable. I was able to relax in my house while taking care of the laundry, and I have improved my cooking over the years as well. I recognize the only way to learn how to take care of yourself is to just dive into life.
