Sometimes I have to prioritize what I can pay for each week! I’m absolutely not independently wealthy plus I don’t make a ton of cash in my new career, and this means, I have to toil easily hard to maintain my personal finances plus keep everything responsibly under control.

As such, I make a lot of hard decisions about my personal lifestyle plus lake house owning responsibilities.

I cannot go out spending cash willy-nilly on high-priced meals or lake house replaces; Currently, I am focused on keeping my a/c plan alive throughout the rest of the season. Because I’m stuck at lake house I have to use the AC unit 24/7 right now. As you know, it’s high-priced to operate an a/c plan day in plus day out. It requires a lot of energy to keep the lake house cool plus comfortable for one person to use the central cooling system. It’s also easily high-priced if you require professional heating, cooling, plus ventilation help because your AC unit is broken down. This is what I am trying easily hard to avoid, then honestly, I’m still waiting to have my gas furnace repaired after it broke down last season. I knew I didn’t have enough cash at the time to prioritize the gas furnace repair so I set my heating plan concern aside to deal with the oppressive Summer heat, then now, Fall is right around the corner plus I’m hoping that my a/c plan can make it until the air temperature drops. Then I will take care of the gas furnace replace plus hope that my AC plan holds steady for another couple of seasons.
