For years I have relied on a dial temperature control to handle all my heating in addition to cooling needs. The temperature control wasn’t anything expensive, however it got the job done. I would maneuver the large dial to the exact temperature I would want. It was up to the Heating & A/C plan to decide if I was getting warm or cold air. It was a simple, no frills linked approach to temperature control. After my Heating & A/C plan died on me, I did a whole plan replace! Sadly the dial temperature control had to go. I got a current ductless Heating & A/C component in addition to the Heating & A/C professional highly recommended going with a smart temperature control for this equipment; With ductless Heating & A/C, zone control is possible. The Heating & A/C professional said it would be easier having smart temperature controls all over the beach house controlling each room’s temperature rather than basic dial temperature controls. After getting everything installed, I was surprised by how user friendly the WIFI operated temperature control was. I just needed to download the app in addition to I added every temperature control in the house. From my iPhone I can control the Heating & A/C in each room of the house, not only do I decide heating or air, I decide fan speed in addition to humidity levels. The temperature control lets me guess about energy efficiency, Heating & A/C filter changes in addition to disappointing indoor air conditions. The temperature control even scans rooms in addition to turns off the ductless component when I am not in there. These temperature controls make my life simpler in addition to easier. I thought I would miss my dial temperature control however I have to say, I love smart temperature controls now so much more.
