I don’t understand why the HVAC serviceman consistently misses 1 major problem every year.

I have been paying for HVAC inspections for as long as I have lived on our own and been in charge of our HVAC units. I started getting HVAC inspections because I didn’t want to have to worry about our HVAC units chopping down all of the time. I don’t like surprises, and when our gas furnace stops laboring in the middle of a cold Winter time night, that is 1 of the worst surprises that you could ever face… By talking with the HVAC serviceman, he told myself and others that I would be able to prevent most of our HVAC complications by doing the HVAC inspections. Also, I would be able to save a lot of cash with the HVAC inspections since they can usually find an HVAC problem while it is small and cheap and before it becomes a major problem. However, although I have saved myself a lot of heartache by doing the HVAC inspections, I still have 1 major HVAC problem every year. I know that HVAC servicemans can’t consistently find everything, however it seems that the HVAC servicemans consistently miss something that causes our HVAC component to shut down eventually. I only do the HVAC inspections because I want peace of mind, and I still don’t have it, however of course, I don’t know how many complications have been prevented because of the HVAC inspections, so I cannot know if it is entirely laboring. I know that it is undoubtedly worth it to continue paying for the HVAC inspections at our house.
