My mother is particularly sad about the coronavirus and has not left her apartment since the pandemic took over the US in May, and i’m worried that she’s getting a little too worked up about it, but I’m not going to fight with her.

Her most recent problem is about her air purification.

Her indoor air conditions, according to her, does not meet the required directions and wants to make sure that she has the correct humidity. She has already purchased several portable air purification units and has tied up for her air duct to be cleaned and her ducts to be sealed with her Heating and A/C provider. She was talking to myself and others about installing a UV air duct cleaner. I have never heard of such a thing in all of my life. I could use some advice. I think the two of us should all be cautious about the coronavirus and I’m sad about a hour wave but…I’m afraid that my mother has completely lost her marbles about this indoor air purification stuff. Does anyone guess of affordable indoor air conditions solutions that I can implement in her apartment to make her suppose better without splitting the bank (like some UV light air duct cleaner)? I would care about any input you have! I have already ordered a couple of HEPA air filters for her as well (I forgot to mention that earlier). Like I said, I could definitely use some help with affordable indoor air purification and maybe something to help nudge her to go outside a little bit. Or, maybe something that can do both?
