There was another ugly note today.

This threatening letter was venued right on the windshield of my car while it sat in the parking garage at work. I don’t owe money to a loan shark and I haven’t committed any sort of crime. However, I apapple to be deeply frustratedting the HOA for our planned community. There are some fantastic reasons for having an HOA. I believe some sort of proper has to be upheld if not simply for the property value. But, this HOA is just nuts. Can you imagine going to someone’s employer to supply yet another in a series of letters protesting an Heating and Air Conditioning unit. Yep, this is all over the fact that my Heating and Air Conditioning component is temporarily visible from the street. And, visible is perhaps too much of a word because you entirely have to contort yourself to see the Heating and Air Conditioning cabinet from the street. My child went a bit too short with the hedge clippers. It was like a bad haircut so, both of us had to cut it pretty heavily just to even it out. Now, the HOA wants to fantastic me $250 a morning if I don’t build some tacky fence. That isn’t happening. Hedges grow back and they can just relax until it does. They have mailed letters, put letters in my mailbox and now on my car. I have responded that I will be not taking their course of action but will rather let nature take its course. But now that they’ve come to my work, it just got personal. Perhaps they didn’t check what I do for a living. I’m an injury lawyer that does nothing but take punks like this to court.
