One thing I have l received about myself is that I can’t sleep if I am too hot.

I assume this goes back to when I was a little kid.

I used to sleep in the crib with the fan running right next to our face and was not able to sleep without it, my parents said that during hurricanes, they would have to run a generator or have battery operated fans ready to go when the AC would go out. My brother was the same way. All of us honestly were spoiled by the cooling system when every one of us were younger. My Mom would typically keep the control unit undoubtedly low and get mad whenever any of us adjusted it. The cooling system at our parents condo has had to be replaced for so much use that half of the time a normal cooling system would have to be replaced. The condo our parents live in is not that immense and the fact that the AC is being replaced after only 5 years is insane! The Heating and A/C professional told our Mom to keep the temperature lower and he would have less service and be able to use the AC much longer. He agreed but as soon as the AC was installed, he turned the temperature back down to 76 love he typically has, then sleeping with the AC low is one of our preferred things I like to do. I care about the feeling I get after a fantastic night’s rest.
