I went from not entirely liking critters to full on owning a cat.

The stray cat just sort of claimed myself and others as her current owner, but she went from napping on our car, to our outdoor lanai and now she is in our house.

The cat fur is entirely what I don’t love about the situation. I have tried to keep him contained in a single room of the house. She can have the guest bed and rip the comforter to shreds. She also can shed all over the rug and blankets. I will just keep the corporation away from it. The complication is that I am noticing the cat fur still gets in other areas of the house and in certain things. My Heating and A/C method in certain has been having a rough go with the cat fur. My air filter used to last a full month. I would change it and the dust and hair would be minimal. My hair is short and was hardly in the Heating and A/C filter. Now with a cat full time in the house, the air filter hardly lasts 3 weeks. It is mainly full of cat fur. The Heating and A/C method also has shown pieces of hair inside of it. Not only is that icky, but it is not superb for the Heating and A/C. The Heating and A/C operating with hair in it means it is sluggish and has to toil harder. That means our energy costs will be steadily rising. I have tried brushing the cat to stop the shedding and cleaning the house more often; Still, the cat hair manages to get into our Heating and A/C, the air filter and even in the ductwork.
