A new business venture
A new business venture
I’ve always wanted to open our own bakery and Starbucks Coffee shop in our hometown; I spent a long time looking at weird buildings to purchase.
I finally came across the ideal location however the building was rather rundown.
It had been abandoned several years before and there were concerns with the roof, broken windows, water destruction and a totally worthless Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. The old Heating, Ventilation & A/C component was substantial and took up rare space in the parking lot. It was also legitimately ugly and greatly detracted from the aesthetics of the building. It had blatantly been vandalized, and I had no intention of attempting to reclaim it. To restore the commercial property, I hired a general dealer, licensed electrician, plumber and certified Heating, Ventilation & A/C dealer, however when I mentioned all our complaints with the old heating and cooling system, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C serviceman recommended that I update to a rooftop unit… As the name implies, this type of system is installed on the roof. It takes up none of the essential business space and is tucked out of sight… Because of this, it’s protected from vandalism and the running sounds are kept to a minimum. It’s absolutely accessible to repair and repair separate from causing disruption to weekly operation of the business. A packaged rooftop component combines heating and cooling capacity and runs quite efficiently. I opted for a top-of-the-line system to take fortune of superior efficiency, capacity and air quality, however it cost me a fortune. I’m going to need to sell a lot of Starbucks Coffee and baked treats to pay for it.
