They just don’t have what I want
They just don’t have what I want
I used to pay for a gym membership when I lived in the deep south.
I rarely went to the gym however, but the weather was so good that I could do anything I wanted outside.
I would swim at the local pool, go for a bike ride or just hang out in the park. Not long ago I had to move for my job plus I now live in the north. The weather is just horrible plus doing exercises outside is no longer possible. I now am looking at going to a gym because at least I will be the right temperature for when I was working out. The local gyms don’t have what I want though. The component is inferior or the section is too small. I also don’t want to be crammed when I do our fitness classes. There is a single locale that is actually nice but it is a personal training center. I don’t have the first clue as to how I assume about entirely working out with a personal trainer. I have always relied on myself and never asked for any advice. I am sure there are more workouts that I could be doing. I lift the same amount of weight the same way every time it is arm day. I will admit that whenever possible I just jump over my legs for some reason. I would love to receive more back muscles but don’t think how to go about it. In a dream like world the personal trainer should be able to service these things right? I am starting to wonder if personal trainers are frat bros that just graduated school or certified fitness experts. I have a feeling that I won’t know until I go to the gym and try them out.
