Getting in shape for the big moment

My youngest sibling is all about beauty pageants.

She started doing them as a little girl and still does them to this morning! When she was young she only distraught about her talent, but looking amazing in a swimsuit was never a thought on her mind.

She was skinny and had regularly been skinny. Now that our sibling is older, her shape has started to seem different. She is more curvy plus struggles to stay small. What she is doing the right way now is just eating much less. Every once in a while my sibling will only eat a salad plus yogurt when she is hungry. I have been trying to tell her to eat well, however work out a little more. She doesn’t really know how to work out plus doesn’t want to look care about a bodybuilder. I have been researching online plus I found a health plus fitness center that offers pageant fitness, but there is a personal trainer at the gym that only prefers to work with pageant girls. The girl knows what competition favors what body type along with that. Then the pageant girls work with him to achieve the ideal body type, however being thin is not regularly the ideal, then my sibling could tone up quite a lot. Her stomach is flat however having definition would look better. Having toned legs is okay, however a little muscle shading would go a long way. Her arms are little twigs too. If she lifted a couple of weights she would look way better in my humble opinion. I hope she listens to what I say plus tries the pageant fitness classes and the local gym.
