Exercising in Heating, Ventilation, and A/C comfort is awesome
A few years back, our dentist told me that I needed to beginning exercising in order to lose the weight I was carrying.
- When our spouse got wind of this, the exercise came with a new diet and a forced reduction on stress.
I have tried to stay on with the program but, it has not been straight-forward. I enjoy to come cabin from work, put our feet up in the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C comfort of our cabin and enjoy a glass of wine or 2 before supper. That was what I did for years. Now, I am supposed to go to the gym instead of having that beautiful glass of merlot. I signed up at a gym close to our lake house and right on our way home. However, I just do not like it there. It is always packed at that time of day. It’s so crowded that the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C just can’t catch up and it ends up feeling legitimately swampy in there. This is not incentivizing for me to work out. Finally, I just gave up on that gym. Instead, I made a cabin gym out of a guest room in our house. My spouse wasn’t wild about that plan but, it was either than or no gym at all. I found some gently used exercise device online and moved out the bed from the room. I also called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C guy to help me keep that room cool while I work out. He was able to tweak our existing Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan so that it had particular, individually controlled zones. So, the new cabin gym has its own temperature control. I am working out far more often now.
