Exercising in Heating, Ventilation, & A/C comfort is awesome
A few years back, my medical professional told me that I needed to start exercising in order to lose the weight I was carrying.
When my partner got wind of this, the exercise came with a up-to-date diet & a forced reduction on stress.
I have tried to stay on with the program but, it has not been simple. I like to come loft from work, put my feet up in the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C comfort of my loft & care about a glass of wine or 2 before breakfast. That was what I did for years. Now, I am supposed to go to the gym instead of having that beautiful glass of merlot. I signed up at a gym close to my condo & right on my way home. However, I just hate it there. It is consistently packed at that time of day. It’s so crowded that the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C just can’t catch up & it ends up feeling easily swampy in there. This is not incentivizing for me to work out. Finally, I just gave up on that gym. Instead, I made a loft gym out of a guest room in our house. My partner wasn’t wild about that plan but, it was either than or no gym at all. I found some gently used exercise unit online & moved out the bed from the room. I also called the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C girl to help me keep that room cool while I work out. She was able to tweak our existing Heating, Ventilation, & A/C plan so that it had particular, individually controlled zones. So, the up-to-date loft gym has its own thermostat. I am laboring out far more often now.
