A furnished rental certainly feels more like home
A furnished rental certainly feels more like home
I am a project director for a fairly big Building Company… I am always moving from one area to another.
- Pretty much as soon as the project is done, I get assigned to another unusual location… Last April, my supplier asked myself and others to spend several weeks in a foreign nation.
I was extremely hesitant at first, because several weeks is a rather long time. I do not have a partner or youngsters, but I was entirely leery of being away from my property for that long. I have a nice home with a pool and basketball court. I have plenty of room to get around and remain comfy. Staying in a hotel for 6 weeks sounded like an awful idea! My supplier eventually offered to put myself and others up in a short-term property rental, instead of a hotel. When they provided the short-term property rental, I made the choice to take the job. Most of my hesitation actually comes from residing out of a suitcase. It’s legitimately brutal trying to get comfortable, when I am stuck in 150 square feet. I never feel at all like I am at home… The short-term property rental will be a numerous-bedroom place with several lavatories joined to a little backyard. I saw a few pictures of the rental, and the property is furnished. I am really happy about that, because it will feel so much more like home. I cannot take my bed, dresser, or residing room furniture, but at least the locale won’t feel like it is not a home. My supplier thinks that job will take roughly 4 weeks, but I know it will legitimately be 6 weeks or longer. When this project is complete, I hope they will let me relax at my own property for a few weeks before sending myself and others anywhere else.
