When my husband and I were looking for a home to buy, the two of us were tired from looking so much & not finding precisely what the two of us wanted for our budget… Then the two of us stumbled across this older property that was huge that also had a price that was surprisingly low.

The two of us evaluated the place out with the realtor, and plus it seemed incredibly nice inside.

The three of us couldn’t understand how it was for such a low cost and also how nobody had bought it yet. There was even a brand new ductless mini-split heating and air conditioning system installed in the household, which I thought was great. So when the two of us had been living there for a little while, we both started to notice some unusual things. My husband and I would often hear some sort of banging noises coming from the walls and then things would end up missing. There were a number of times when I would set my keys down right on the table, I would turn around and then come back and somehow the keys would be somewhere else entirely! At least I never lost the keys but other things would move around too! My husband said it sounded like these sounds were coming from the air duct and then I was saying that it was unusual because neither of us were using the old air duct. We then considered the possibility of there being critters in there making noises. But, my husband called an exterminator to check everything out and there were no critters, just some dirty air duct. The air duct was so filthy, I was thankful that my husband and I had a ductless mini-split heating and air conditioning device. I finally decided to install security cameras to see what was happening in the house. The two of us caught the rocking chair rocking on its own, small things being knocked around, and then we could see our place was perhaps haunted. It was no wonder why nobody wanted to buy the place.
