Ever since I can remember my dad has taught myself and others the importance of toiling for yourself plus making your own money, but my dad is a self made guy plus he has worked strenuous for every dollar he has ever owned. I really look up to him as an example of what I should be in every aspect of my life, but I have always wanted to work for myself. So I saved up as much money as I could to buy some property plus rent it out. I have had good leaseholders for years plus I haven’t had to deal with anyone too difficult, then well, that has all changed this year when I let numerous twenty year old girls rent out my house. They completely destroyed my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system. When they moved into the current home I showed them how to operate the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan properly, but I think either they weren’t paying attention or they didn’t care. I don’t think they changed the air filter once in various weeks because when I went to the current home to check on everything, I noticed that the current home felt stuffy. I went to the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C closet plus noticed that the filter was full of dust plus debris. I was shocked that the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit was in such bad shape plus I sat the girls down plus told them how much destruction was done to the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit. I really hope that they got the message because I really don’t want to have to replace the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit when they transport out.
