Ever since I can remember my Mom has taught me the importance of working for yourself and making your own cash, then my Mom is a self made guy and he has worked tough for every dollar he has ever owned.

I entirely look up to him as an example of what I should be in every aspect of my life, however I have regularly wanted to labor for myself.

So I saved up as much cash as I could to buy some property and rent it out. I have had enjoyable renters for years and I haven’t had to deal with anyone too difficult, well, that has all changed this year when I let many twenty year old men rent out my house. They completely destroyed my Heating and A/C system. When they moved into the cabin I showed them how to operate the Heating and A/C plan correctly, however I suppose either they weren’t paying attention or they didn’t care. I don’t suppose they changed the air filter once in six weeks because when I went to the cabin to check on everything, I observed that the cabin felt stuffy. I went to the Heating and A/C closet and observed that the filter was full of dust and debris. I was shocked that the Heating and A/C unit was in such terrible shape and I sat the men down and told them how much mangle was done to the Heating and A/C unit. I entirely hope that they got the message because I entirely don’t want to have to update the Heating and A/C unit when they transport out.
