• Back when we were younger and our kids were still in the toddler phase, my wife and I relied on a typical heating oil furnace for years, and it did a wonderful job keeping the apartment warm, but after 6 or more than 7 years it started to show signs of breaking down.

We had been flirting with getting radiant flooring installed for awhile, and now with the lack of heating in our house we had the perfect opportunity. Ever since we have had the radiant flooring installed in our house we have seen a massive improvement not just in the heating quality, but in our everyday house life in general. The air quality has improved in a great way, there are no longer chilly spots in the home, and our bi-weekly heating bills are more or less nonexistent. With how much our kids seem to like the radiant flooring I entirely don’t know if they would have gotten by in the mornings when we had a typical oil furnace. Perhaps there would have been a full blown riot or something, I have no idea! What I do know is that making the change to radiant flooring was one of the best choices that my wife and I could have made for our family and I would propose all other parents out there with the means to do so to make the change as soon as they can.
