Luckily, every one of us lived in an area where there wasn’t much need for air conditioner.

I figured if I was able to get a new furnace, I could without question go ahead and install a window AC unit if it was needed. I called the HVAC supplier & I wanted some input on what kind of furnace I should be purchasing. They asked me exactly what my requirements were & they wanted to think if I had any special needs. The only thing that I knew was that I needed a new furnace & I had no system what else I could do. I started thinking about what I wanted out of a new furnace. I knew that I needed it to be particularly efficient in energy and also some fuel consumption. I also wanted a furnace that would be able to heat my small condo without it running all of the time. I was concerned about getting the wrong size as the HVAC worker told me. Both of us talked for an hour or so about the furnace & then he told myself and others that he knew what I needed however not what I wanted. He wanted to think if I wanted an oil, gas, or electric furnace. Did I want to have a boiler that heated with warm water, or did I want a ductless HVAC system. We chatted for quite some time & I unquestionably liked the system of ductless HVAC. I would not need to worry about window AC units & I would not have dirty ductwork to be concerned with.
