The newest HVAC company is scamming people with their service plan

I was nearly ripped off by a sketchy HVAC dealer that had opened up in the area.

This HVAC corporation that had opened sounded like they were going to be great with their low prices.

They honestly just sounded too nice, and usually when something sounds like it’s too nice, it usually is. The HVAC dealer tried to get myself and others to sign a contract for their newest sounding Heating and A/C service plan. However when I was going over the fine print in the contract, I saw that it was one big scam! It had numerous clauses in the contract that were hitting me with extra fees for everything. In the end, their so called savings ended up being about nothing, and not to mention the entire HVAC plan was more pricey than any other HVAC service plan at a popular HVAC dealer! The sketchiest part of the entire thing, was.they wanted people to be locked into their HVAC service plans for a total of 3 years! There would be no way to cancel at anytime for any reason or my debit card would be charged over one thousand dollars! Not even if I had to move during those 3 years! I couldn’t imagine being unhappy with the service plan and having to continue for 3 years! I’ve seen door to door salesmen try and rip off pest control companies in the same way before, so I knew their game! I told those HVAC scam artists that I wasn’t interested. Of course I didn’t sign up!
