Karma and the Art of Furnace Repair
Karma and the Art of Furnace Repair
I don’t think if you believe in what goes around comes around or anything care about that, but after the events that took venue a few days ago I certainly do! Last weekend just as a wicked snowstorm was set to roll into neighborhood our heated gas gas furnace started to malfunction.
I am the type of man who gets really nervous when unexpected events such as this arises and I did not end up handling it honestly well.
I got in touch with the local HVAC ventilation heating and cooling contractor to make an HVAC service call and I was not honestly nice about it even though it wasn’t their fault that the equipment was not working right. Due to how rude and short I was to the HVAC repair tech who arrived shortly thereafter, he was quick to get the heated gas gas furnace up and running and practically ran out. After only a few hours into the snowstorm however, the gas furnace began to act up just as it was prior to the repair. Now that a little time has passed, I am nearly 1 hundred percent certain that because I was rushing the HVAC repair tech he wasn’t able to deal with all of the problems the gas furnace legitimately had, which in turn led to myself and others being holed up in a condo with no warmth during a storm. If only I would have been cordial and calm with that HVAC repair tech I wouldn’t have had to go through this nightmare. I know I think who I am giving an apology to and an extra tip when I have an HVAC repair tech to our house again.
