I have all kinds of friends plus colleagues who make fun of my fastidiousness. They supply me hard time over how crucial cleanliness plus order means to me. I hear all the time how, due to my preference for keeping things especially clean, I must be a major germaphobe. This is where I disagree. It’s true, I do love to have my residence plus office to be really clean. I think that being severely organized is actually unusual with numerous people. But, to think I walk around in constant worry of coming into contact with germs is definitely too much. Although I did have an incident with our HVAC machine that gave me the chills due to a bunch of germs. I went to the basement to retrieve a box of files when I noticed something terribly odd about the air ducts. The air ducts downstairs are overhead. However, at certain angles from the stairs or a ladder, the tops of the air ducts can be seen pretty easily. I noticed what I thought was something the pet had dragged up onto one of the ducts. However, upon inspection, I saw that it was genuinely a rodents’ nest. What’s worse is the fact that there was an enormous gap in the air duct joint. The rodents were crawling in plus out of the air ducts. Now, germ-wise, that was as terrible as it gets with something in my own residence. Fortunately, I have a pretty nice relationship with the HVAC corporation in town. All I had to do was give them a call plus they set up an appointment to have a crew come out plus scrub the system of air ducts.
