When it gets really cold outside I tend to have our central furnace’s control unit set pretty high, but i am pretty sensitive to the cold in general, and so this is why I do this. It’s to protect me from getting sick, but well the other day when the gas furnace came on from the control unit being set really high I was not expecting what came next. I did not remember I had the control unit set so high! The people I was with and I had a mega poor cold front the other day so I had it up to 69 degrees! The cold front is gone as well as it is just the proper cold now, however because of the control unit set so high I thought I was getting sick! I started to suppose a bit dizzy as well as sick to our stomach as a result. I did not think what was going on. It was then I remembered that I totally forgot to turn down the control unit back to normal again! When I figured out what exactly was going on I jumped up from the couch as well as turned that temperature control dial on the control unit right down. I then really flipped on the central a/c plan for about 5 or 10 minutes just to try to cool the loft down a little bit! It worked… However I had to remember to flip the central heating back on after words as well as not leave it set on the central a/c, and that could have caused a whole entire new set of complications had I done that!
