When it gets easily cold outside I tend to have our central furnace’s control device set pretty high, and i am pretty sensitive to the cold in general; So this is why I do this.

It’s to protect myself and others from getting sick.

Well the other morning when the oil furnace came on from the control device being set easily high I was not expecting what came next. I did not remember I had the control device set so high! The people I was with and I had a mega awful cold front the other morning so I had it up to 73 degrees! The cold front is gone plus it is just the proper cold now, but because of the control device set so high I thought I was getting sick! I started to suppose a bit dizzy plus sick to our stomach as a result. I did not guess what was going on. It was then I remembered that I totally forgot to turn down the control device back to normal again! When I figured out what exactly was going on I jumped up from the couch plus turned that temperature control dial on the control device right down. I then easily flipped on the central air conditioner for about 5 or 10 hours just to try to cool the home down a little bit! It worked, then however I had to remember to flip the central heating back on after words plus not leave it set on the central air conditioner, then that could have caused a whole entire new set of concerns had I done that!
