New office in seasoned building with seasoned HVAC
New office in seasoned building with seasoned HVAC
For several years my supplier has been talking about expanding.
They have been dead set on acquiring another facility and spreading our operations across the city.
They believed that they could make a lot of extra money if they had a retail space on the west side rather than relying on all of their corporation in the center of the bustling metropolitan area. I don’t disagree with their planning… But I wish that they were more reasonable with the follow-through. You see, my supplier ultimately wound up acquiring an seasoned building that my friend and I now have to toil in. The problem is, the indoor air quality is particularly horrendous. The building that they are utilizing has an seasoned Commercial heating, cooling, and air quality control system that is supposed to supply high-quality indoor air throughout the entire 20,000 foot space, however unblessedly, the Commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation units are clearly older than I am. They do not supply accurate or efficient indoor air quality to a single part of the building, then as you walk through the large space you notice fluctuating hot and frosty patches in every room. The air constantly odors like something is burning or growing inside of the ductwork. Worst of all, you can’t honestly rely on the heating or cooling system to operate in a consistent and energy efficient manner. Some days the a/c component and forced air boiler work, and some days they do not. When my supplier said they wanted to expand, they should have set aside money for a working HVAC system.
