My new heating system is not working right. I thought for sure that my heating system was brand new because it was supposed to be, but I am not so sure now. When I first opened the box, I thought that it looked a little scuffed up, but I sort of just ignored it because I was so gleeful to have a new heater. I use a heating system in my bedroom every evening because it gets so frosty in my room. I had a heating system for several years, but it stopped working last winter, so I decided to get a new one for this winter. Well, my so-called new heating system is not really new I don’t think. I tried calling the contractor that I bought the heating system from, but they won’t answer my calls. I just don’t know what to do to be honest. I also tried e-mailing that same contractor about the heater, and they study my e-mail but did not answer, and unfortunately, I just looked up some reviews on the contractor that I bought the heating system from, and supposedly, they have sold some other used boilers saying that they were brand new heaters. I can’t believe that they were able to get away with it. I wish that I would have looked up reviews on the contractor that I bought the heating system from, but I was so sick of looking at boilers that I didn’t even take the time to double check the source that I was buying the heating system from. I am not going to provide up until I get a new heating system or at least sue the contractor that sold me the used heater.
