My new air conditioner stopped working.

I just bought this new air conditioner about a week ago, and it already stopped working. I went to go turn it on before bed last night, and it simply would not turn on. It was terrible. I have never had such bad luck in my life. It wasn’t a really cheap air conditioner or anything like that. It should work well for years to come. I called the company that I bought it from, and I waited on the phone for about thirty minutes to talk to someone. I told them that my air conditioner simply would not turn on, so they had me try several things. Nothing worked. My air conditioner simply would not turn on. They told me to take it back to the store that I bought it from, and they would give me a new one. I am going to try to take it back today. The only trouble is that the store is an hour away from my house, and they have really weird hours due to the pandemic. I hope that I can take that air conditioner back today and get a new one because I need an air conditioner in my room to get a good night’s rest. I get too hot without air conditioning in my bedroom at night. I really liked the looks of the air conditioner that I bought, so I hope that the new air conditioner will last like it is supposed to.
