Once a year, I like to clean my Heating, Ventilation & A/C vents thoroughly.
I try to keep my Heating, Ventilation & A/C vents cleaned, however I just don’t have time to thoroughly clean them every week.
I just make sure that my children have not thrown food or toys in the vents each week. They have thrown many things in the Heating, Ventilation & A/C vents over the years, so that is why I make sure to clean them on a weekly basis. I do try to do a thorough clean of the Heating, Ventilation & A/C vents every year though. I know to some people cleaning your Heating, Ventilation & A/C vents once a year is not enough, however I have found that it is. I used to try to clean my Heating, Ventilation & A/C vents once a month, however I noticed that they weren’t that dirty after just one month of use. I would easily try to clean them twice a year, however I suppose that once a year is enough for me. It is like a three hour project to clean my Heating, Ventilation & A/C vents because of how they are laid out in my house. It is super discouraging to clean them as well. I actually watched an Heating, Ventilation & A/C company clean my Heating, Ventilation & A/C vents the first time, plus I learned from them. I decided to do it myself from then on. It was a bit fancy for the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company to come plus clean out my Heating, Ventilation & A/C vents, plus I didn’t want to have to spend money that on a official or even yearly basis. I can clean my Heating, Ventilation & A/C vents once a year to save myself a bunch of money.
