Summer is my preferred time of the year. There are so numerous festivals, carnivals, and events happening. They are fun to attend with my friends and family… Unluckyly I don’t get to go to these events often. I feel like I spend my life working and do not get to do numerous fun things. I work the whole Summer so I can afford college. Since I work often I spend a lot of time there with the same people. I wish I could say that it was a comfortable place to work. I wear three layers of clothing to work. It feels like I work in an icebox. The clients regularly tell me how cold it is and should turn down the a/c. Customers come in with only t-shirts and shorts on. The store should be a place to cool down from the moderate uneven temperatures outside. It almost seems like it is too much. Being outside feels better than being inside. The store is trying to make money however it seems like they lose it from running the a/c so much. The energy bills for the a/c must be entirely high. The Heating and A/C system has to work really hard to produce all of this cold air into the store. They need to turn the control component down. They might even want to call an Heating and A/C serviceman to help with the temperature problem. It seems deranged to run so much a/c for people to feel uncomfortable. There should be someone sitting at the door handing out overcoats to clients while they shop.
