I have regularly enjoyed the transition from winter to Spring.

I prefer seeing the trees and the flowers bloom into attractive colors.

I’m a sizable outdoor person as well so I like to go outside and do outdoor activities with my friends and family. I also like to keep up with my garden behind my house. I plant a lot of varieties of fruits and vegetables so I can have them any time that I want. But what I really hate about Spring is that it takes awhile for the weather to get warmer. There’s a lot of rainy mornings but eventually those rainy mornings start to dwindle down a bit. I also hate how much pollen there is. I know that pollen is necessary for plants to bloom but it is not necessary for me to have to regularly having to deal with the sneezing, coughing, runny eyup and nose. I talked to my dentist and some of the things that I can use to maintain my dust irritations is to keep a clean dwelling environment. What I like to do is call my Heating and A/C professional and have him clean my Heating and A/C system every Spring. He will come and change my air filter for me! Just recently I had my Heating and A/C professional install a humidifier for my home. Humidifier’s keep the air in my dwelling a balanced humidity. This is to not let my dwelling dry out as much. I have seen a difference in my dust irritations by keeping a clean and healthy dwelling and a clean and tested Heating and A/C system.
