Someday when I have my own house and I’m not renting an apartment, I would appreciate to have a lot of updated things in my home.

The property that I’m renting now is very old.

My landlord gave some TVs that are very old, and not to mention the temperature control on the wall are turn dials. The temperature controls are not digital and I’m hoping that in the next month or so she will change out the temperature control to either a digital temperature control or a smart temperature control. I have told him plenty of times that installing a more updated temperature control will save him currency because you can set the temperature control on a schedule. When I own my own house someday I absolutely want a smart temperature control. This will allow me to control the temperature of my condo when I’m away from it or when I’m close to my home. During the winter time time I like to set my temperature control up higher than what I have it set to where I’m not home, so when I arrive condo my house will be nice and warm. I also want a very efficient boiler. The boiler that I have in my property now is very old. It’s those radiant heaters that are connected to the wall. At times I do not even know how it works so I have to call my landlord and sporadically she doesn’t know how it works so she has to call the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C supplier to maintain the heating. One afternoon I will have a house that has a smart temperature control and good heating and cooling.
