Have you ever felt like everything goes wrong in your home. There is always something to do or remodel. It can be quite frustrating at times. There are so many projects that just never end. At first we had some plumbing issues in the bathroom. Then, we had plumbing problems in the kitchen. The last problem we had was with our HVAc system. I know that HVAC systems can be pricey. We were just about to set up an appointment for a regular tune up appointment. It is the fall, so that is one of the times we usually get one. The other time is in the spring. Right before we went to make the appointment we noticed that the air conditioner stopped working. We still needed it since the weather had been very warm lately. This was unusual for this time of the year. We called our local HVAC business and they sent an HVAC technician. The HVAC technician informed us that we need a whole new system. It was old and it was working hard. It would cost less to just replace the cooling system. We had to do that. We would wait until the spring, but we still needed it now with the warm weather. We still chose our central air. The central air moves cool air all around our home. It is easy and our home has an even temperature throughout. It has worked for us for many years. I think more years have gone by than I can remember. Over the years HVAC equipment really can start to wither down.
