I believe I have had the last dinner out ruined due to horrible HVAC.

This has happened far too often and I seem to just keep letting it go.

I can remember when my attractive wife and I would get all extravagant to go out for a dining experience. Both of us are sort of foodies, so we each just loved going out for meals. The two of us met as colleagues particularly working in the hospitality industry. Food and also Beverage was a large section of our job lives. This led to both of us developing sincere affinity for a great dining experience. The two of us learned early that correct HVAC is a vital component in an overall comfortable dining experience. That stage of our life is kind of over given the demands and expense of raising a family. The two of us are still deeply in love with food though. It’s just that lovely wife and I do more of the dining at our house most of the time. Yet, there is still this little restaurant nearby that we both love to sneak away to. Their food is simply always flawless. The ingredients are sourced locally and each menu item is made to order. However, they are just killing us with the outdated HVAC system they employ inside. Our region is a single place where the heat is nearly omnipresent; so, HVAC is a major factor for almost everyone here. This makes it so much harder to fathom what the owner of our favorite restaurant is thinking. Has he been somehow working in hot kitchens so long that he doesn’t even know HVAC cooling when he feels it? This last visit may have been our last. However, I did take the opportunity to share my feelings about the poor HVAC or lack thereof. The manager said that this was a frequent complaint however ownership was resistant to replacing the HVAC. Too bad because they are sinking their business as a result.
