I get so flustered with things at times.

I don’t know if it’s a mental relapse or what is going on.

I just lose complete focus plus then things start to spiral out of control. For example, if I drive somewhere new, take a wrong turn, plus another, then I start to panic and use my cellphone to find the right instruction, however I become lost with what I was doing. It’s a little frustrating for me, to be honest. I don’t like having the feeling of not doing things right at all. I’m sure that is a feeling that all people have; but to those few that can live life freely, I really do envy you. I have this issue at home where I can never get the heating plus cooling system temperature right. I am in constant need to change the settings of the heating and air conditioning system. I’m never comfortable plus I feel that I’m always messing with the control component dial to get what I want. I can tell you this, it’s never what I want. I should really invest in a smart control component although I will be messing with that 24/7 on my cell phone plus knowing me, I’ll get frustrated plus lose it. I am really complicated plus my husband tells me that I just need to calm down a bit plus breathe. Maybe I have OCD or something because I always need something done the moment I feel it. I’m 42 years outdated plus I’m struggling with the heating and air conditioning system. I actually know maybe life is too much for me these afternoons.
