I need to find a apartment for my large djembe because it is taking up a lot of space in my office.

I have two guitars, a ukulele, three drums, a sound system, and mic stands taking up a lot of space in my office and I need to make some room for it all, however i do have a closet however it has some stuff that needs to get moved before I can fit the sound unit in there and free up space in the room so it isn’t so cluttered. I feel I’ll do this after cleaning the HEPA filter and the furnace filter first. I feel I can have that closet cleaned out in a matter of 5 minutes or less and it will be a lot more spacious here then. The new supplier down the road may be joining our band and wants to keep her keyboard in my air conditioned flat, which means I will need even more room than I have now to store it all. I need to figure out if I should sell some of my gear that I am not using because some of it is just collecting dust. The heating corp near me has a couple Heating and A/C techs who play songs and maybe I can see if they would be interested in buying some of my gear instead of having to go to the local business and haggle with them about buying it for a higher price. I feel I may just store the stuff in the basement till I figure out a plan.
