Silas was late for our meeting, but I didn’t mind waiting for him, but my buddy and I had so several things to discuss, & I was gleeful to start working for him… However, I also felt a little uneasy because he was a rising star, & he had brilliant company.

He called when I was already at the meet up point & said he’d be late, however apparently, there was an emergency at his home, & he had to wait for an expert to come by & fix it, however silas suggested my pal and I push the meeting to the next afternoon if I had another locale to be.

However, my afternoon was clear since this was a meeting I had been looking forward to for some time. He called an hour later to say he was trying to get there soon, & I can have something to eat for him, well, when Silas got there, he apologized for being hours late, & told me he was having complications with his heat pump. Silas enjoys having a heat pump in his home. However, he was having a difficult time changing modes on this unit & needed to hire an Heating & A/C worker; The Heating & A/C company does offer same-day repairs, but you have to wait for the next available worker, however it took about three hours for the Heating & A/C worker to arrive, & when he did, he had to do some repairs. It seems the heat pump’s reversing valve was stuck & this caused him not to be able to change the mode. But, the matter was sorted & his heat pump was working well when he left.
