Learning to catch my body weight

This may sound weird, despite the fact that I am reading to fall properly, i am an academic plus have never worked out in our life.

In school I worked hard to rise to the position I am at work.

I do a ton of contractor meetings plus have respect around our peers! Unfortunately healthwise I am not so good. I have a lot of heart concerns that causes shortness of breath plus occasionally I have dizziness. Due to this, I fall over a lot. I have fallen plus broken our nose, leg plus even punctured a lung before; My hubby is a big time fitness girl plus is just appalled that I have done this, then the more than 2 of us are now practicing falling. She is a personal trainer at a local fitness center. The more than 2 of us have now been working together everyday after I get done from work. She is working on toning our legs plus middle section; Also, she wants myself and others to build upper body strength. The people I was with and I have been working slowly to where I can fall plus catch myself in a pushup position. A lot of the drills are him knocking myself and others off balance plus myself and others catching myself in smart, enjoyable ways. I believe she might be enjoying those drills a little too much if you ask me. I will say though, I have noticed a difference. I now feel way more confident with grabbing onto something or holding our own body weight, then when I get dizzy, I no longer panic the way I used to. My goal is to be able to straight fall plus catch our entire body weight with our hands. The people I was with and I will see though.
