I do not care what anyone in the whole wide world says, I definitely like boilers for heating better than central heat and a/c equipment heaters! Furnaces are so much easier to maintain than a central heating and air conditioner unit, but you do not have to change the air filters as often, you do not have to call your local heating and air conditioning company to send out a certified heating and cooling specialist every other month to do a heat and air conditioning tune up as well as check up on your central heating and air conditioner for one! That can get to be quite a hassle and quite expensive.

With a furnace you have it tuned up and evaluated up maybe once a year and that is it.

And then if you ever have a complication with your furnace and it breaks down, the cost of the repair from the local heating and air conditioning company is much cheaper than that of a brand new, new, certainly expensive as it is, and certainly bulky central heating and air conditioner equipment for your home! At least this is how it is my local area when it comes to the prices of my local heating and air conditioning company. They charge much less for furnace repair because it is not as detailed and there aren’t many complex things that can go wrong with it. It either can be fixed or it’s seen its last days, but cut and dry simple. It is not like that with brand new and up-to-date and new central heating and air conditioners these days at all!
