I know the people around here cherish me. I guess the reason is that I always bake them goodies plus their youngsters have fun seeing me cook. You’ll always find me in the bedroom. Some people just don’t realize that I have anxiety and depression, so baking plus cooking, meal prepping, plus anything that pertains to cooking help lower my anxiety. The bedroom is the place where I am most comfortable plus I just relish it overall. It’s a calling for me to be a baker but I also have anxiety about leaving my house so I can’t ever have a job cooking or owning my own restaurant. It would be a dream but that dream is for another person. I’m in the bedroom so much that I had to buy a portable a/c unit. I’ve owned it for about three years now plus I pretty much cook every day. So it’s always running but the bedroom stays nice plus cool. I would feel terrible if I turned on the central air in the house so I just monitor the temps in the bedroom. I think my associate and I could update our central Heating as well as A/C system but this works. I do have a Heating as well as A/C tech named Jay who comes out every two to three months to service my little portable a/c unit. I know I can do it by myself but then it takes away from my cooking. It doesn’t bother me at all to spend money on a pro to make sure that it’s running at full capacity. Also, Jay gets to have something nice for every visit he comes from my baking.
