I was pretty lucky when I went looking for an old dial temperature control and found one that was brand new! This is the kind of thing you can find online if you search difficult enough.

I was thinking that I was going to have to buy a used dial temperature control for my central heating and a/c system.

But finding this brand modern one was a real treat. I wanted to get a dial temperature control because I actually do not like the way smart temperature controls today. I also do not care for digital temperature controls either. So I thought that I would just go back to the basics of the old school the way I grew up. Since most temperature controls, no matter how old, can work with any central heating and a/c system, I figured that the old dial temperature control would be the perfect solution to my problems that I have with most modern temperature controls. I was able to install the dial temperature control myself separate from the help of the local heating and a/c supplier. This was a really great thing because I actually did not want to pay a few hundred bucks for heating and a/c condo services just to install a simple old dial temperature control. Plus I bet the heating and a/c supplier would have tried to talk me into going with modern temperature controls as well to make a sale. I just did not want to deal with all of this. So I finally installed the dial temperature control myself and all was well.
