Ever since I was a kid, I loved going to work with my dad when I was not in school! He worked as an independent heating & cooling specialist , and this meant he was his own boss, so it was easier for me to tag along when he was going to work; Many residents knew me & regularly had treats waiting when dad was going to their homes… I’d rest in the living room chatting with them, or be with dad handing him tools & stuff, however as I grew older, I started to suppose about what to do with my life.

Dad had mentioned going to university to become a plumber, electrician or Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist.

He said times were unusual so I had to go to school if I wanted to work in the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C industry. He also said he’d want me to work with a supplier & not be an independent specialist like him, but while he did have much freedom, there is so much I could learn laboring for a Heating, Ventilation, & A/C corporation. I took all this in mind, went to Heating, Ventilation, & A/C university, & got my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C certification. I then went on to work for a local Heating, Ventilation, & A/C corporation, & it’s now been 2 decades on the task. Dad is still around, but his memory is slowly fading. My friend and I used to cherish talking shop & I’d tell him all the changes happening with Heating, Ventilation, & A/C technology! Now, my pal and I rest by the lake & just listen to music. He bought this lake house a while back & I’m thinking about installing a new cooling unit. The lake house needs something better than a window A/C unit although dad doesn’t seem to mind.
