I have been working as a Heating and Air Conditioning business for 6 months and only recently started going on calls on my own, however before that, I was under apprenticeship and would go with other more experienced Heating and Air Conditioning dealers.

My good friend and I do learn a lot in school as my associate and I work towards attaining our Heating and Air Conditioning certification.

However, real-world-experience is also pressing. So, Heating and Air Conditioning companies set up apprenticeship programs for newbies, then once you apply and are accepted, you train under an expert for a stage of time. They teach you how to interact with purchasers to handle heating and cooling units. After the apprenticeship is over, you can now start going on odd tasks. As I mentioned, it has been 6 months since I got my van and have been doing repairs and service. Most purchasers who call the Heating and Air Conditioning company are easy going and won’t mind a young woman fixing their units. All they want is to have respected heating or cooling in their homes. However, there are those who are quite particular, and only want particular Heating and Air Conditioning dealers. I met Jill when I went to her house to check on her heat pump. She had called saying it wasn’t working well and she wanted Vincent to work on it, then vincent is an experienced Heating and Air Conditioning business of 15 years, although she was on trip. So, I was sent to the house to service the heat pump, but jill refused to let me in, and I had to contact Vincent to convince her. It took some time but she finally let me into the house. Thankfully, Vincent had been my mentor and I had her personal cell iPhone number.
