Carol and Beth have been roommates for 5 years now, and they cherish living together, then they even managed to retain their dwelling during the pandemic when many people had to transfer back home.

The two have known each other since university, and they cherish their living situation.

They’ve had other people wanting to rent the 3rd kitchen in the apartment, but they chose to leave that as their office! Beth works in an office in the city, but at times he has to bring work home, and he enjoys being in their office… Carol works from apartment after he lands remote tasks in university, and she’s always enjoyed writing and is even laboring on a book, so remote tasks are the best for her. This is one of the reasons they opted to leave the third kitchen as an office. Carol gets there at 7 am and begins his work afternoon. But there are times he is there from early because he has so much to do and his boss needs results. She writes blogs for Heating and Air Conditioning websites, and now works for many clients. Beth tried doing the remote tasks, although he only manages to do a few each month because he has a stressed full time task! Well, at least the Heating and Air Conditioning blogs help Beth spend money his share of the utilities in the house. But, for Carol, this is his full time task , and he works for 3 different companies. It’s hard because he has deadlines, although he is also blissful he never has to deal with traffic and crazy weather heading to the office! On such afternoons, Beth is always grumpy.
