I know that it’s going to be a lot of fun

We are going to be holding a class at the heating and A/C supplier next Wednesday night for people who want to learn how to calm down. I know that actually sounds a little bit odd to most people, however I have been trying to teach people how to meditate and figure out how to lower their stress levels for a couple of years now. I have done a pretty nice task at it, too. Most of the time, I finally go in and teach small classes at churches and schools, however sporadically the local businesses ask me to come in and teach classes for their employees. That’s what happened with the local heating and A/C supplier. The owner met me at a crucial dinner even one morning for the local chamber of commerce. My friend and I talked about a lot of things and he started to tell me how he thought that he might need to give his employees a chance to learn how to meditate and calm down a little bit. He said that sporadically he observed that some of them seemed stressed out whenever they came into the toil in those days. I told him that I would be happy to come in and teach a meditation class at the local heating and A/C supplier office. My friend and I are going to clear out all of the desks and chairs from the back room of the heating and A/C office and most people are going to rest on mats on the floor. I know that it’s going to be a lot of fun. Hopefully, some of the heating and A/C specialists will get some nice information and they will learn how to better manage their stress levels.
