That’s when I told him about being laid off without the occasion of rehire and I jumped at the choice to come home… Mom and I indeed turned his basement into a very cool apartment. The Heating and Air Conditioning professionals came out and installed a ductless heat pump that gave the heating and cooling the basement did not have.
