I’ve been residing in my condo for the past 19 years.

12 of those years I lived here with my husband plus the other seven years I have been here by myself.

My husband plus I decided to get a divorce after being together for 15 years. I actually wanted this house, so I was cheerful to deliver him a divorce as long as I got to keep the house… One of the best things about the condo is the pool. The backyard is all mine plus I do not have any neighbors behind me. There will never be any neighbors behind me either, due to the fact that the section behind the condo is owned by the electric corporation. I’ve had to start making a lot of repairs now that I’ve been in the condo for almost 20 years. I’ve already had to replace two Heating, Ventilation & A/C systems plus now my pool needs a current gas heater. I have a separate gas heater for the pool. It works out better for me because I added heat to the pool after the Heating, Ventilation & A/C system in the condo was already installed. The business seemed to think it would be easier to have a separate gas heater plus I think it works out well too unless there is a problem with the pool heater. It would be much easier if they were all running on the same system when it comes to repairs. I have a special business that is Heating, Ventilation & A/C plus electric certified for pools. I use the guy for everything. He’s going to come replace the gas heater next weekend plus I might get him to deliver me an quote on a spa.
