I remembered putting a note on the front door, telling the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional to come into the front door & knock on the inner door.

I was working in the study room when I heard the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional walking into the house.

She said she had pounded on both doors, but I was answering. I had just taken our earphones off, & it startled myself and others to see him resting behind me. She said the note said to come to the inside door, & she heard the music, so she knew I was home. I laughed & apologized. I was baking goodies for the bake sale, & I was listening to music. She asked if the oil furnace was in the basement, & I pointed to the door. I let him show her own way into the basement, while I finished baking 48 cupcakes & 10 dozen cookies. When the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional was done, she asked if I had time to go over the bill. She sat down & told myself and others she had found nothing wrong with the oil furnace except for there being a dirty air filter. She didn’t suppose they had changed the air filter in months. I remembered asking our partner to change the air filter, however evidently she had forgotten. I also remembered asking him to show myself and others how to change the air filter, however that hadn’t happened either. I asked the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional to show myself and others how to change the air filter, then once I l acquired how to do this, I wouldn’t need to worry about the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional walking into the house. I wouldn’t need him nearly as much.
