My friend is this sweet outdated lady who has been living in this section for decades! She always says her & her late spouse were among the first people to live in this town, and back then, it was considered a bit too far from the city, & various people preferred living elsewhere; However, life has changed, & now it’s among the most sought after locations for families.

• Both of us relocated here after we bought the home next door, & she was there to greet us when we moved in, i’ve met grumpy outdated people, despite the fact that she is such a darling, & the kids prefer her, and they entirely call her nana, & are always making sure she has all she needs in her home! Last week, one of the kids had been raking nana’s yard & chatting with her.

She kept saying there was a noise coming from the outdoor compressor which was keeping her up at night. This is why she was exhausted & not feeling good, our child came home & told us about the faulty compressor which was causing nana lots of stress, however my partner has a neighbor who is an Heating & A/C expert & iPhoned him to ask if she could help. Her Heating & A/C corporation always does charity labor which includes fixing units for the elderly at little to no fee. She said they still had the program, & she was happy to come & help Nana out. It turns out there was a loose part that was causing the rattling noise in the outdoor compressor. The Heating & A/C expert even went ahead to do a full maintenance for Nana’s Heating & A/C system.
