My acquaintance is this sweet ancient lady who has been living in this area for decades, however she always says her and her late spouse were among the first people to live in this town, back then, it was considered a bit too far from the city, and many people favorite living elsewhere! However, life has changed, and now it’s among the most sought after locations for families.

Both of us relocated here after both of us bought the beach house next door, and she was there to greet us when both of us moved in, i’ve met grumpy ancient people, but she is such a darling, and the kids adore her, however they particularly call her nana, and are always making sure she has all she needs in her home, then last week, 1 of the kids had been raking nana’s yard and chatting with her.

She kept saying there was a noise coming from the outdoor compressor which was keeping her up at evening. This is why she was sleepy and not feeling good, then our son came cabin and told us about the faulty compressor which was causing nana lots of stress… My partner has a neighbor who is an Heating and A/C expert and iPhoned him to ask if she could help. Her Heating and A/C contractor always does charity toil which includes fixing units for the elderly at little to no fee. She said they still had the program, and she was glad to come and help Nana out. It turns out there was a loose part that was causing the rattling noise in the outdoor compressor. The Heating and A/C expert even went ahead to do a full maintenance for Nana’s Heating and A/C system.
